Split Shipments

Delivery Responsibility for PO Box Addresses
Cross & Crown is not responsible for any delivery issues or package loss when shipping to PO Box addresses. While we may accept PO Box addresses for shipping, we recommend customers provide a physical address whenever possible, as some carriers may have limitations in accessing and delivering to PO Boxes. By choosing to use a PO Box address, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this condition.
Taxes, Fees & Refused/Returned International Shipments
International Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (DDU/DAP)
All international orders are shipped under the Delivered At Place (DAP) / Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) regime. This means that import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs fees, and any brokerage/handling charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival, as determined by the destination country and carrier.
Customs authorities may also require additional information or documentation from the recipient to complete clearance. For example, identity/proof of address documentation may be required for customs clearance.
If the Recipient Refuses to Pay or Fails to Complete Customs Clearance
If the recipient refuses to pay duties/taxes/fees, or fails to provide the required documentation to the carrier/customs, the shipment may be delayed, returned to the sender, or abandoned/destroyed by customs or the carrier.
In these cases, the order is considered refused/undeliverable due to recipient action, and:
No refunds will be issued for orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes/fees or incomplete customs clearance, to the extent permitted by law.
If the shipment is returned to us, the customer remains responsible for all associated costs, including (but not limited to) original shipping, return shipping, customs fees, and carrier handling/brokerage charges.
If the carrier bills us for duties/taxes/fees because the recipient declined or did not pay, we reserve the right to recover or deduct these costs from any resolution offered (if applicable).
